Our school is proud to be a School for Advanced Studies (SAS), recognized for providing high-quality, differentiated instruction that meets the needs of advanced and gifted learners. Students in our SAS program demonstrate advanced ability or achievement and meet specific academic and ability criteria. Through the SAS model, we provide high-level, enriched instruction to all advanced learners.

In addition, students who have been formally identified as gifted through district-approved testing are clustered together to ensure they receive appropriate challenge and support.

Our teachers participate in specialized professional development training focused on strategies for gifted and talented education, ensuring that instruction includes depth, complexity, acceleration, and novelty to engage and inspire every advanced learner. Teachers use strategies that foster creativity, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills, ensuring that every gifted learner is both supported and challenged.
